A spiritual blog by lokeshtalks
Life is mysterious. On the one hand, we are
supposed to take responsibility for everything that happens to us, while on the
other hand, we often feel that we are not in control of most of the things in
our life.
It creates confusion in our minds. We lack the
fundamental understanding that life is a game that we are playing with the
Universe. In this game, the Universe reverses its role without any prior
notice. Sometimes, it offers all the help we need to win, while at other times,
it opposes us fiercely.
The purpose of this game is our spiritual
evolution into higher beings. Sometimes, the Universe may feel so cruel that we
start to cry and blame it for sending so many problems in our way.
But later, such a thing mostly becomes the
best thing that could have happened to us when we analyze it in hindsight. We
feel so bad when seemingly bad things are happening to us in life at some time.
We even have labeled such times as bad times.
But It is these bad times that help us build
our character. They make us strong and resilient. They prepare us for better
things in the future. They are blessings in disguise; they appear to be a curse
while we are going through them.
Our ignorance of these subtle details of life
makes us resist the change that life forces us to make. Our ego fears the
unfamiliar and the unknown because it does not trust the Universe and its plans
for our highest good.
Such resistance only increases our suffering
without helping much in our spiritual advancement. It would be far easier if we
trusted the Universe and glow with life without worrying about where it is
taking us.
We don't need to know everything in advance.
Life has been designed in this way. If we knew the future, life would have been
a dull affair.
God wants us to cultivate faith in Him and
deliberately withhold those details we do not need to know to survive and
thrive in life.
Remember that life has a divine intelligence
behind it, and we are supposed to play our roles according to this design. The
reality will not change for us. We need to adjust accordingly.
And have faith that the dots that don't make
much sense now will make perfect sense one day, and you will realize why
everything NEEDED to happen the way it happened.
